A secure communication with dedicated, persistent teams/channels for B2B customers. This includes customer identity and organization info if the customer is also a M365/Teams subscriber. Customer does not need Teams to work in shared team/channel, they can just join and work via browser link, although best experience if they use a Teams app.

Contoso Bridal is helping Jane Smith regarding the bridal dress she will wear for her wedding. They use the Microsoft Teams Mobile App to create a dedicated channel for Jane Smith's wedding and all communication is happening on using the mobile app.
